Whilst perusing the Interweb researching a new installment of a fan favorite feature, I stumbled upon this panel, which offers further proof that I read all the wrong comics when I was a kid:

By the way, there is a hint about tomorrow's Five for Friday topic here, although you have to fairly geeky to figure it out.

Let me start the guessing game:

Coleopetra v. mammal?
Songs about being in the saddle?
Sound effects featured in song titles? (And can that be done just with Jon's favorite, Luke Cage?? He rocks on FX sounds...)
Events you would like to see memoralized in song in the new year? And if so, can I get it started with a Brewers play-off game or ten?

Here's my guesses...

1. Five Songs About Having Yer Back Up Against the Wall, and Still Fightin'.
2. Five Songs About Yer Giant Praying Mantis
3. Five Songs About Gender Neutral Blondes That Ride Giant Bugs.
4. Five Songs About Buffalos.
5. Five Songs About Death Throes... "Klik...." (What's Kliklak trying to say? Klak? What a worthless bug.)

Buffalo Springfield was my first guess.

But, knowing Seegerface it's some crap like "The middle name of the publisher's brother in law shared the same name as Wierd Al's dog. Five for Friday songs about dogs."
